Angel's Salumi & Truffles classic Italian-style Toscano salami is made using 100% Berkshire Pork meat. It is then dry-cured, fermented and then aged for three months. The Italian Toscano salami is prepared with black peppercorn, white wine, and fresh garlic.
All meat used for our salumi are certified antibiotic-free, steroid-free, and free of growth hormone. Our game meats are guaranteed to be free range, cage free and wild.
