The « Fish Soup » is the traditional fish soup from Brittany. Cooked according to the tradition, it is rich in fish, vegetables and white wine, but also spices and condiments.
Prepared without additives, it can be enjoyed plain or served with croutons for a generous dish. Serve hot.
